Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lead Lock AR ("Lead Lock AR," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, request a Lead Loss Audit, become a client, or receive text messages sent through a system we manage.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, city or service area, and details about how your business handles calls and estimates, for example when you fill out our audit form.
- Client business information: if you hire us, the information needed to set up and run your system, such as business phone numbers, service details, pricing notes and job records.
- Information about our clients' customers: when we run a system for a contractor, we process their customers' names, phone numbers, messages and job details on that contractor's behalf. The contractor controls that information; we use it only to provide the service to them.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To respond to your audit request and contact you about it.
- To set up, run, support and report on the services you buy.
- To send text messages and emails you've agreed to receive (see our SMS Policy).
- To keep our systems secure, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Text messaging and mobile information
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and opt-in information are used only to deliver the messages you or our client's customers asked for, and are shared only with the service providers that carry those messages.
How we share information
We don't sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email, and text-messaging and phone providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us.
- With the contractor a customer contacted, when we process that customer's information on the contractor's behalf.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Lead Lock AR, our clients or others.
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, with notice to you.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. When a client relationship ends, we return or delete that client's customer data within 60 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue honoring them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on client tools. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Email us to ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you. If we process your information for a contractor, we'll pass your request to them.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we will honor them as required.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
