I'm Jonathan Pederson. I was born in Arkansas and raised in Nevada, and I've spent almost 10 years in the concrete trade. Now I'm back home in Arkansas. This is where my family's roots are, and it's where I wanted to build something of my own.
Anyone who's done this kind of work knows the days are long. You're on a job, your hands are full, and the phone keeps ringing. By the time you get a minute to call back, that customer has already found somebody else. I've watched good contractors lose jobs that way, in concrete, roofing, remodeling, landscaping, you name it. Their work was great; they just couldn't get to the phone.
That's why I started Lead Lock AR. It answers the calls you can't get to, follows up on the estimates you've already sent, and lets you know what came in. I'm not here to sell you complicated software. I want to help the people in the trades keep the work they've earned and get home to their families at a decent hour.
