SMS Policy

Who sends these messages

Texts covered by this policy come from one of two places:

• Lead Lock AR itself, when you request a Lead Loss Audit and check the box agreeing to receive texts about your request and our services.
• A contractor that uses Lead Lock AR, when you call, text or submit an inquiry to that contractor. Those messages are sent in the contractor's name, through a system Lead Lock AR sets up and manages for them.

How you opt in

• Lead Lock AR audit form: by checking the optional text-message box on our audit form and submitting it. The box is never pre-checked and you can request an audit without it.
• Contacting a contractor: by calling or texting a contractor's business number, or by submitting the contractor's inquiry form with a text-consent box, you agree to receive texts from that contractor related to your request.

What messages you'll get

• Replies to missed calls and new inquiries (for example, "Sorry we missed you, how can we help?").
• Estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Requests to review completed work.
• From Lead Lock AR: scheduling and results for your audit, and occasional service updates.

Message frequency varies with your conversation, typically no more than a few messages per inquiry.

Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to stop. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that.
• Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for contact information.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
